Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leaders Edge. By accessing our website, using our services, or enrolling in our programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. Your continued engagement with our services following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
User Obligations and Responsibilities

Programme materials and content are provided for your personal educational use only. You agree not to:

- Share access credentials or materials with non-enrolled individuals
- Modify, create derivative works, or adapt programme content
- Use materials for commercial training or consulting purposes
- Remove or obscure copyright notices or attribution
4. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leaders Edge, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of our services, your violation of any third-party rights, or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your relationship with Leaders Edge.
5. Privacy and Data Protection Compliance
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. You agree to comply with all data protection obligations when using our services, including obtaining necessary consents and providing required notices when sharing information about third parties. You represent that any personal information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
6. Age Restrictions and Requirements
Our services are intended for professionals aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leaders Edge and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or interruption of business
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that the programme fees reflect these limitations of liability and that we would not provide services at these fees without such limitations.
10. Force Majeure Provisions
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule affected services.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation. - Litigation as a final resort if mediation is unsuccessful
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and Conditions or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Subject to the foregoing, these terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
